Hello There Intuitive Friends,
I hope this finds you feeling prepared and activated for the changes that eclipse season has brought us. Today’s Lunar South Node eclipse in Virgo is sure to be a powerful one.
Many things feel uncertain for the collective at this point in time and it’s only natural to feel the pressure on a personal level as well. This means that we have to take extra care of ourselves – which may feel counterintuitive at times, but it is critical that we look out for our spiritual and emotional selves as much as we are looking out for others. You can’t pour from an empty cup, trust me. I’ve tried.
I hope this newsletter helps you consider ways you can receive more intuitive assistance from the Divine, and/or those that love you in spirit. I have heard from so many folks that their dreams have been extremely vivid and consistent – even for typical non-dreamers! Pay attention to these important messages, even if you just feel like they’re processing dreams. There is always something that will catch our attention. There is always something to learn from within.
Calling on the Saints…
In dreamwork you are likely to meet many people, even different versions of yourself. Some of these people are guides, and some may be people you know in waking life. It is possible to receive messages and visitations from the Divine, and for some even have interactions with angels and saints.
I was raised within the Roman Catholic Church and was always deeply moved by the stories of the saints. It reminded me that any of us seemingly average humans could decide to devote ourselves to the Divine in such a deep way at any time, and that always gave me great hope. Even if I didn’t see myself as saintly, I could still see parts of myself within them.
Now as an intuitive practitioner I find myself calling upon saints almost daily within my practice. Asking for their prayers and guidance brings me great comfort and reassurance. There is quite literally a saint for almost every prayer you could have, but as we connect with different elements of our spiritual practices so will we connect differently with each saint.
For me there are several saints that I venerate in my regular daily practice. For dreams in particular I call on St. Joseph. He is known as the patron saint of dreamers and he himself had several Divine dreams in which angels came to him to instruct him to protect Jesus and Mary. St. Joseph’s feast day is also arriving soon on March 19.
One newer saint I have had a wonderful dream experience with recently is St. Carlo Acutis. He was canonized in 2025 and being of his generation I immediately resonated with his story. Carlo unfortunately passed away in 2006 at the tender age of 15. He was devoted to his Catholic faith in life and built a website dedicated to documenting miracles of the eucharist after building several other webpages for his parish in Milan, Italy.
I often call on St. Carlo for help when it comes to writing, especially in using technology as I depend on it to share my messages. In a recent lucid dream I saw a young man with dark hair sitting at a table and he motioned for me to come over. He pointed down to a newspaper with the name “CARLO” written body across the headlines.
“It’s you!” I said excitedly, and he smiled back, nodding. I don’t remember much else from the exchange, but what I do remember has been a validation that Carlo has heard my prayers and is encouraging me to keep writing. The printed newspaper he was motioning to also has significance for me with my background as a journalist.
So I will keep writing, St. Carlo, and I thank him dearly for his visit.
Regardless of your faith there are energies, angels, spirits, whatever you may be comfortable referring to them as – that truly care about you and want to help you. They could be ancestors, people you’ve known and people you’ll never meet. It’s important that we thank them for the divine support these guides give us, and that when we ask for their help that we take a step back, release the earthly ego, and allow them to communicate with us so we can receive the highest and best for ourselves, and for all.
Setting devotions and prayers are the easiest way to ask for a saints’ intercession. Our dreams can be a wonderful place to meet with these energies. If they don’t appear right away, give it time. Remember that they can also send subtle messages, but rest assured if you need to see a name in a headline that your saints will make sure you see it.

Best Scents for Sleep: Cedarwood

Cedarwood is a fantastic scent to use in your sleep routine. SleepFoundation.org explains that cedarwood can act as a natural sedative thanks to the chemical compound cedrol. If your sleep is often disrupted by early morning wake ups or you just need a deeper, longer sleep time, consider bring cedarwood into your sleeping area.
Cedarwood is one of my favorite scents to help relax and settle myself after a long day. It’s rich, calming scent helps with grounding and it’s natural familiarity makes it a popular scent that is easy to access.
Cedarwood should certainly be a staple in your essential oil kits, or find a favorite cedarwood candle to help bring calming energy to your space right away. It can also be found as incense or in dried form to use for energetic cleansing and balancing.
If you have an intuitive dream or experience you’d like to share I’d love to hear from you. Drop me a message at dreamworkerchronicles@gmail.com or connect with me on Threads and Instagram at @dreamworkerchronicles.
Thank you for another week of sharing the incredible gifts that dreams can give us. Please take care to treat yourself gently as we wrap up this eclipse season.
Wishing you ease,
Katie T.
