Hello There Intuitive Friends,

There is SO MUCH happening this week here on earth and in the stars, from the Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, to Mardi Gras and the Lunar New Year. So many opportunities for new beginnings and rebirths have arrived, making them the perfect theme for this week’s newsletter.

Cord Cutting and Dreamwork…

Just as we take care for our energy in our waking life, we need to protect our energy in our dreams as well. Sometimes the signs of energetic disruptions are obvious but not always, which is why it is so important to maintain a regular energetic cleansing routine for your dreamwork.

If you’re like me and like to keep things simple yet effective, start with a cord cutting meditation. There are a ton of videos and blogs out there with resources, and my best suggestion is to try different things until you find what works best for you. For me, guided meditations can be hit or miss so I usually prefer to meditate on my own, other times they are incredibly helpful. It doesn’t have to be long, or in-depth to make an impact either. The most important thing is to keep your intent set at serving the highest and best.

It’s also important to recognize the benefits of having a consistent cleansing practice as a part of your regular spiritual practice: consistency is the key. Not that you won’t feel positive effects after your first cord cutting – I certainly did, and it was enough to make me consider how much a consistent routine might help even further.

Selenite, Amethyst, and Black Tourmaline are great crystals to help with cord cuttings or to keep in sleeping areas for protection in dreams. Nightly prayer, setting intentions, and journaling before bed can also help dispel any extra energy that you don’t want to carry into your dreams at night.

Ensuring good rest so that we can fully embrace our dreams is important for having strong spiritual health. View cleansing and cord cutting for your dreamwork just like you could would brushing your teeth – it’s an essential part of keeping a grounded and healthy connection to our spiritual lives.

Green Leaf…

The green leaf is an excellent energy to reflect on as we turn corners in our lives. The humble green leaf represents powerful energies of rebirth, renewal, and the eternal promise of hope that new growth brings.

The green leaf also reminds us that nothing lasts forever and the importance of embracing the present moment. It symbolizes the cycles of life and the only constant in the Universe, which is change.

A green leaf or leaves may appear in a dream or meditation. Take note of their context and of anything that is need or of or currently undergoing a process of renewal within yourself or your life.
