-Best Colors for Sleep: Blue
-Sleep Health Revamp
and more…
Hello There Intuitive Friends,
Welcome to another week of exploring what’s beyond our dreams together! What have your dreams been like as we approach mid-eclipse season? Are they more vivid, or frequent? Or are you dreaming less? This is such a unique time and it’s incredible to see how we navigate it all as dreamers.
If you don’t have a dream journal, consider getting one. Even if you just write down a short sentence describing how your dreams made you feel every morning, it can help you learn a lot about yourself and your dreams.
Sleep Health Revamp…
With so much happening in the world right now, it’s important that we prioritize our rest and sleep as much as possible. Ask yourself, are you getting enough sleep? If you’re not sure, then you probably aren’t.
I know I personally could use a sleep routine revamp, so join me in making sleep a priority this week, and let’s see how much better we feel afterward!
To get started I am focusing on three small things to improve my overall sleep, including:
1. Getting at least 8+ hours of quality sleep per night.
2. Maintaining a consistent bedtime routine.
3. Reducing my caffeine intake.
Pick one or a few small things to focus on this week to see how even small changes can still make a big impact on your sleep health!
Begin Again…
The end of winter blows its last gasps
a chill through the budding green leaves
the gold of an early spring sunset
covering everything that grows.
Best Colors for Sleep: Blue

Blue is known to be a wonderful color for promoting calmness, spiritual connection, and protection.
To help promote good sleep and dreamwork keep a blue element in your bedroom. I personally love my color-changing essential oil diffuser lamp to easily change colors to match the energy of the moment.
You can also use blue decor, bedding, or curtains to help bring in the peaceful elements of the color blue. Pretty blue flowers, a comfy blanket, a blue rug, or piece of artwork are great accents to help promote tranquility in your sleep.
For crystal lovers, Blue Calcite is a great crystal to have on your nightstand or in your sleeping area. It helps calm the emotional body and promote restful sleep.
There are many easy and affordable ways to work with the color blue in support of our sleep and dream health. You can even try a cozy set of blue pajamas!
Whichever way works best for you, I hope the calming nature of the color blue helps bring you sweet dreams and good rest.
If you have an intuitive dream or experience you’d like to share I’d love to hear from you. Drop me a message at dreamworkerchronicles@gmail.com or connect with me on Threads and Instagram at @dreamworkerchronicles.
Thank you for another wonderful week of embracing the power of our dreams together!
Many blessings,
Katie T.
