Hello There Intuitive Friends!

I hope this finds you well and your heart warm wherever you may be. This week welcomes in a New Moon in Sagittarius as well as the Winter Solstice, along with Capricorn Season. It is a wonderful time to set intentions for the upcoming winter season and year. What seeds do you want to plant, and what dreams do you want to grow in 2026? Write them down, and keep them in your heart as you plan your year ahead.

Peace Within…

“One of the biggest lies we are ever told is that peace is found outside of ourselves, rather than within.”

We are the eternal love we seek. It’s not just inside of us, it’s a part of who we are.

This is where so many of us get lost trying to answer our soul’s calling. We begin to look outside of ourselves, through external validation, relationships, accomplishments, or material gains. The reason we keep searching despite having all of these things, is that true peace is not out there. It’s within.

Changing who we are and where we want to go begins on tiniest of levels. With intention and time, those impacts continue to grow.

The power is within, not out – that’s a false distraction meant to keep you off the path towards eternal peace. It can only be found within ourselves through Spirit.

Inner peace and the desire to express ourselves fully in it is the only thing that truly can’t be taken away. Others can can manipulate it, distract you, even restrict you, but that flame will still burn inside despite their efforts.

I am not afraid to be seen for who I truly am in Spirit. There is no alternative to the overwhelming calm and love that I feel when I close my eyes and return to my inner self. One of my deepest wishes is for the rest of humanity to be able to experience the simple beauty that is within ourselves, to see that we are loved eternally no matter what.

We deserve to receive the love and care that only we can give ourselves.

Helping a Child Heals…

They say it takes a special person to be able to work with kids and I am hard-pressed to agree. That doesn’t mean we can’t still make a difference in a young person’s life though. In doing so we are giving much more than patience, acceptance, or understanding to a child, which are tremendous gifts within themselves. We are also giving ourselves a chance to heal, and to help the collective as well.

Growing up in a small southern town it was always painfully obvious I was different. I was an overachieving athlete with big emotions. I was creative, direct, and the opposite of what most are raised to be in conservative environments.

What I remember though are the adults who saw me for who I was, and encouraged me to continue to grow into my best self. I still remember all of their names, their faces, and what their words meant to me. Their fostering of my spirit still helps carry me through hard times. Knowing that at least one person believes in you is all it takes to keep going sometimes.

As an adult with much more lived experience I can now see these moments more vividly with awareness when they happen. To bring comfort, joy, or care to a child is to love fully in Spirit. Acts of compassion are more purely felt by children. They remember the moments in which someone brought them safety in a storm.

Those children then grow up to be adults, who remember what it was like to be young, lost, and confused. Hopefully they also remember how the generosity of Spirit, the kindness and compassion that exists within each of us helped light their way to a brighter day. This can also help us heal the small child still inside of all of us grown-ups, too.

The next time a child asks you for help, be sure to look into their eyes and thank the Universe for trusting you with one of it’s purest forms. It’s an honor to be of service to such love, to give our children and ourselves the peace and comfort we all need and deserve.

Swan Symbolism…

Swans are lovely reminders to honor the beauty of the self within the Divine. They represent grace and discernment, and symbolize our spiritual journey of self-discovery.

Swans may appear in your dreams or meditations when you’re at the beginning of something new, especially pertaining to spiritual paths of self-discovery. When you see a swan it is a message to trust your intuition, and discern the truth to cultivate loyalty to one’s self and in relationships with others in the Divine.
