The wind blows thick, hot summer air,
I sit and take it in, weak, in my chair.
I look around,
I’m surrounded,
By forest thick, lush, and green.
I can help but wonder,
What life will make of me.
The wind blows thick, hot summer air,
I sit and take it in, weak, in my chair.
I look around,
I’m surrounded,
By forest thick, lush, and green.
I can help but wonder,
What life will make of me.
Reading your poems, it feels like taking a walk with nature. It’s a welcome break, especially for someone like me who spends most days in the concrete jungle of the city! Cheers 💕
Thank you for reading! I live in a heavily wooded swamp. I write and create things that inspire me. 🙂 I love the city too though!
Sounds like a lovely peaceful place to live in! Cheers 💕
