Hello there Intuitive Friends!
I hope this newsletter finds you with gratitude. Speaking, of, this week’s theme will be all about the beautiful gifts we can receive by working with Spirit in order to help serve the highest good.
Gifts from Spirit…
In a recent channeling session I had the remarkable experience of being the recipient of a gorgeous gift from another in Spirit. When I channel I work with the intention of serving others in the highest good. The gift I typically receive by doing this work is the honor to share in connection with and experience the Divine, to help facilitate and share in the joy of love and light.
One day, at the end of a session I had one more energy to connect with. This gentleman came into mind and shared his name. Rather than continue on with him sharing information about himself, I got the feeling he wanted to discuss something else. Turns out that topic was for me.
I began to see a series of images and experienced emotions that I had long worked to connect with on a personal matter. It felt like five years of therapy bottled up into a few moments of images and reassurances. It was completely unexpected, transformative, and powerful.
At the end of the session I was speechless, which isn’t unusual but normally it’s because I’m amazed at what others share with me in spirit. This time, it was those in spirit that wanted me to learn more about myself. It was direct, yet compassionate and caring. It is definitely one of the most incredible gifts I’ve received on this journey.
I would love to hear from anyone who has experienced something similar in their channeling or mediumship work. Have you received a healing gift or vision from someone in spirit?
I still have yet to find a direct connection to the gentleman who so graciously helped me. Perhaps he is like me, a stranger helping strangers through the nights of the Universe so we may all unite in the light.
How to Help Collective Healing…
For the moments that you feel you have extra energy to give but aren’t sure where to direct it, or when you just want to help make the Universe a bit brighter (literally!) then consider this meditation visualization to help send healing energy to the collective:
Settle in to your quiet space and close your eyes. Ask Spirit to bring your guides or spirit team closer. Then, visualize yourself sitting in a circle with your team surrounding a large, pulsing sphere of light in the center. Imagine that you are holding or touching hands in a unifying circle of love and compassion. See the love light energy flow from you and your guides to the sphere. Imagine you all receiving some of that love light in return as well. Feel it reinforce your spiritual strength and fill you with positive energy.
Sit with this visualization as long as you’d like. Be sure to offer your gratitude at the end of your session as you leave the circle. Take what you need and leave the rest.
The Heron…
Have you ever seen a heron take flight? It’s truly breathtaking to see this typically still, quiet bird suddenly leap into the air with beautiful, broad wings. It reminds one of the self-trust that is required when we are taking new chances to soar to our greatest heights. They are wonderful symbols of self-reliance, patience, and wisdom. Give yourself the gift of self-determination by channeling the heron.
