Hello there lovely intuitive friends!

Happy Full Moon in Taurus! As a Taurus sun I am thrilled for this lunation and all it can bring us. Taurus are very earthy, sensual people. We aren’t necessarily materialistic, but we love comfort and practical luxuries. This is a great time to call in abundance!
Thank you so much for all of your kind words regarding my story in last week’s issue about my near-death experience. It completely transformed my life and it feels incredible to be able to share it openly and proudly in hopes it will bring comfort and light to someone else.
Mediumship Experiences, pt. 3…
Where we left off: I had received a specific name from Spirit to a question I had been wondering about a local American Revolutionary War battlefield. I wondered one day if there were any soldiers that fought at Eutaw Springs, SC, and also at the Yorktown, VA battle weeks later? I was given the name Jonas clairvoyantly and to my astonishment I discovered the story of Jean Baptiste “Jonas” Chaison, R.S. who had indeed fought in both battles.
I’ve been an intuitive my entire life, but this was truly the most specific and remarkable clairvoyant experience I’ve had. It felt like the gates had been opened and I’d finally found the place I’d been journeying towards my entire life.
One thing that has remained a constant guide for me throughout my life and spiritual journey is my integrity. I always rely on my principles to help me determine my next steps. It makes decision-making easier and helps me uphold my promise to Spirit to do as much good work as I can. I always want to help, not hurt. I hold these abilities and gifts I’ve been given sacred. I wanted to make sure I approached any energy or situation with respect and protection.
I decided to ask the intuitive group I’m a part of what their thoughts were. I wasn’t sure where to begin. I was given great advice on how to prepare and protect myself, and also provide a space for visitations, healthy boundaries and respectful interactions with those in spirit.
My initial thought was to go to the Eutaw Springs battlefield on the anniversary of the battle, September 8. I knew that would be a high-energy day, but I had concerns it wouldn’t be the best way to approach this. I was given advice to ask for help on the other side – was there a guide or spirit that I trusted to help organize these meetings on the other side?
I immediately thought of Jonas. Maybe he could help me? After discussing it further with group members and thinking about it deeply, I decided to attempt future channeling in my own space. I could feel my guides saying, “We’ve got mediumship here at home, kid!”
I decided to create an intuitive meeting space for the spirits to come meet with me. It’s a cozy warm office I visit with my mind. It has a waiting room that allows me to greet and introduce the ground rules to each energy that comes through individually.
For my next session, I invited anyone from the battle or area that would like to speak with me. I was immediately shown a W and given the name William Jones. He then gave me the date of 1872 for validation, and then I saw a soldier wearing a coat with red details and dark hair.
After my session, I got to work researching to see if I could find any records of Mr. Jones. Once again it didn’t take long for me to find what I was looking for with startling accuracy. William Welch Jones of Kershaw, South Carolina was born in 1796 and passed away in 1872. There was my validation date. This also confused me a little, because if William wasn’t even alive yet during the revolution, who was the soldier he showed me?
I then found William’s father, Major Samuel Jones’ pension records, where he declared his military service including a four-month post at Four Holes Bridge in the Orangeburgh District, the exact dates were unknown between 1781-1782.
I live in the Four Holes Swamp.
Once again I was astonished and immensely grateful to William for coming through to share his father’s story with such specific validation. It also gave me the experience of working with family members in spirit to help them share important stories from long ago.
Now that I had experienced the beauty of working with others in Spirit through this divine connection, I knew I’d found my life’s purpose. I had a way to help others heal and bear witness to the past, a hope of transforming our present and future for the better.
I knew that what despite what our physical world tells us, no one is truly forgotten forever, and this gift could possibly bring comfort and light to those who need it across time.
To be continued…
American Beautyberry…

During the late summer this year, we enjoyed seeing these bright purple berries in our yard. I don’t remember ever seeing them around before. They are American Beautyberries and so beautifully purple that I had to take a picture of them.
I decided to do a bit of research on their symbolism (my favorite!) and was once again astonished by the intricacies of Spirit’s presence in our lives even in the natural world.
According to Woodlanders, American Beautyberries have been shown effective against the same super bug bacteria that nearly killed me 20 years ago.
“Callicarpa americana has demonstrated antimicrobial properties. A study in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology reported that extracts from the plant were effective against certain strains of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus…” (source).
As I mentioned in last week’s newsletter, this event helped shaped the path I am still on today. To think that the answer to this antibiotic-resistant superbug that impacted my life so tremendously is right in my yard still makes me pause will astonishment. What a beautiful, wonderful, mysterious Universe we live in! This experience was truly a gift from Spirit I am eternally grateful to have received.
