Chronicles of a Dreamworker Newsletter, v.4

In this issue:
-Find Your Frequency
-Horse Symbolism
and more…

Hello there intuitive friends!

I hope this issue finds you well this week as we are coming off of a game-changing total lunar eclipse in Pisces on September 7. The volatile, flickering energy of the eclipse is steadying just a bit as we have a quick break between eclipses. The second eclipse in this series will be on September 21 though, so don’t get too worried if things haven’t quite landed yet. There’s much more to come!

This week should help provide some clarity and the settling-in of the September 7 eclipse’s plot twists and changes. While often our only choice is to adapt and keep it moving, it’s important that we take some time to process all of the energetic shifts happening right now.

Astro moments…

☀️ The Sun and Mercury are on the move this week! First, the South Node will get their attention and conjoin both planets. Then, Mercury and the Sun will go on to sextile Jupiter. Finally the two will move to meet up together in a beautiful Mercury Cazimi on Saturday, September 13. ☿

Find Your Frequency…

In a recent chat with other intuitive folks we discussed the topics of personal energetic frequencies and maintaining our own frequency. There are constantly energetic frequencies all around us and sometimes it can be hard to stay tuned in to your own unique frequency. As we go throughout life and meet up with friends, share elevators with strangers and exist within this plane with other energetic beings, it’s not unusual for you to experience and pick up on other’s energy along the way.

This casual contact is a great example of why it’s so important to get to know your own frequency. Find the level of yourself that you feel most comfortable at, or the most you. Sit with yourself, and get to know you. Settle in to what your frequency feels like. Listen to your own inner confidence, discernment, and other qualities that make you truly you.

What if you don’t like your frequency or how it feels? You have the power to change it too. Folks talk about raising vibrations and it is true. The more powerful the positive energy that we carry and address even the most minute aspects of our life with, the more meaningful of an impact we can make and experience for ourselves. Finding and soaking into the “what is”-ness of you and your life can help you get comfortable in your frequency, and in turn help you know when to fine tune things when you need to.

There is no doubt that we are going to have people, situations, emotions and things in our life that will make our frequencies shift. It’s important that we are compassionate with ourselves when it comes to choosing the frequencies we want to be in and stay connected with.

Try to keep your Spiritual energy high. Especially when on the go, in times that that you might feel ill physically, or spent emotionally. If you can’t ground within yourself, find comfort in the frequency of light and go from there. Staying focused on keeping your and the surrounding energy high will truly help you to overcome challenges and other blocks we may approach on our life paths.

Other ways I like to help reset one’s frequency include meditation, prayer, listening to music, moving your body or stretching, lighting a candle or essential oil diffuser, or light and color cleansing. 🌀

Horse Symbolism…

I was recently shown a horse by my guides during a meditation session. It felt strong, compassionate, and caring. It was very healing, and a confirmation of the spiritual and self-work I’ve been doing.

That particular day I was feeling energetically wiped out beforehand, and I had asked Spirit and my guides to show me how to self-heal my energetic needs. I was focused on being with the light, and becoming a beacon myself. I also focused on building spiritual protection and being one with all.

Literally for me the horse represented, “Get back on the horse!” However I knew there was a deeper meaning to be found here. As I studied more I discovered that the horse’s representation of healing and invigorating energy were exactly what I needed to get going again. Horses also represent freedom, personal transformation, and a deeper connection with oneself and the Divine. The horse teaches us to tune in to our own intuition and sensitivity, and to be present with all of our emotions and feelings, particularly the strong ones.

It has been lovely to work with the strength and gentleness of the horse energy, and is perfect for those looking to reinforce their energetic boundaries while doing self-work as well. 🐴

Pothos Symbolism…

Pothos is a wonderful plant that comes in a variety of stunning colors and leaf patterns. It’s also a low-maintenance plant that’s great for beginner plant-lovers. I keep on one my desk to help bring abundance and positive energy to my work space. 🪴

Thank you for another fabulous week! I look forward to seeing more of what we grow together in the spirit of understanding, compassion, and healing.

With Love,

Katie T.
